Q - What if I have a complaint or I am unhappy with my purchase?
A - At Hammond & Harper we are constantly striving to improve our customers shopping experience and therefore welcome your comments, good or bad. In the unlikely event you have cause for complaint please contact us on 01942 402516 or e-mail us at mail@hammondandharperoflondon.co.uk and your complaint will be delt with as part of our no quibble guarantee policy.

Q - What is your returns policy?
A -Please see conditions set out in our Returns Policy

Q - When can I expect a refund after returning my purchase?
A - Once we have received your item we will process the return and action a refund within 2 working days (depending on your bank or building society).

Q - What are your delivery charges?
A- Our standard UK deliver charges are:
Spend up to: £25.00 – delivery charge £2.90
Spend over £25.00 – delivery charge £5.00
Spend over £100.00 free delivery (UK)

Q – How do I pay for my order online?
A - When you have selected your purchases and are ready to pay, click on the Add to My Bag button, this will take you to Your Shopping Bag, please confirm your wish to continue by clicking on the Checkout Button. Now follow the simple step by step instructions. Once completed this section you will receive an order acknowledgment by email.

Q - Is shopping online with Hammond and Harper secure?
A – Yes, we take payments via a secure checkout facility and have a recognised sever security certificate, as indicated by the padlock symbol in your browser.

Q - How do know if you have my item in stock?
A- Please contact us on 01942 402516 or email hammondandharperoflondon.co.uk and we will confirm availability.

Q - When can I expect to receive my purchase?
A - For customers on the UK mainland, deliveries normally take 3 working days for stock items. However if you have ordered a “special” made to order item this will take approximately 10 to 12 weeks.

Q - Will I receive confirmation once I have placed an order?
A - Yes you will receive confirmation of your order by email/post once your details and payment have been confirmed.

Q - What if I only receive part of my order?
A - The delivery note that comes with your order will show you the items enclosed and also indicate those items that are to shortly follow.

Q - How do I check the status of my order?

Q - What happens if my credit/debit card has been refused?
A - If your credit card or debit card has been refused, please contact our sales office on 01942 402516 and we will be happy to help you process your payment.

Q - Where is your Showroom?
A – We operate a sales counter at Lockie House Withins road, Haydock, St Helens WA11 9UD. Opening hours are from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
