DELIVERY
Order Processing
We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days.
Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative
only. Multiple orders may be delivered in one or
more delivery. Time for delivery shall not be the
essence of the contract. An invoice will be sent out
with every order.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock,
we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as
soon as it arrives.
We do not accept any liability whatsoever for
delayed delivery caused by a third party. Delivery of
the Goods shall be made to the address you provide
on the order form. It is important that this address
is accurate and that we have a contact telephone
number. Certain parcels may require a signature on
delivery.
We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to
the Goods once they have been delivered in
accordance with your delivery instructions. If any
item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us
and we will make arrangements for a replacement to
be delivered to you. You will assume all risk for the
goods upon safe delivery. You may exercise your
right of cancellation in accordance with the
Cancellation or Returns Procedure below.

Delivery:
Most of our orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st
class post. At our discretion, we may occasionally
use alternative carriers or courier services.

Orders over £30.00 – Delivery charge £5.00
Orders over £100.00 – FREE delivery
UK Next Day Delivery - (+£5.00) (*UK Only, before 1pm excluding weekends and bank holidays

Payment:
All our prices are in pounds sterling. We accept
online payment in a secure environment by credit
card. All prices quoted on this website are accurate
at the time of publication and where appropriate are
inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT), at the current rate.
Order Acceptance
Orders are accepted at Hammond & Harper Ltd’s
sole discretion but are normally accepted if the
goods requested are available, the order reflects the
current pricing, the delivery address is provided,
and the credit or debit card given is authorised for
the transaction. Unless we have notified you that we
do not accept your order or you have cancelled your
order in accordance with the Cancellation Procedure
below, our acceptance of your order and the
completion of the contract between you and us will
take place when we have despatched the goods
ordered by you.
Cancellation Procedure
If you wish to cancel your order please telephone or
email us. If we have not despatched the goods, there
will be no charge. If we have already despatched the
goods, then please will you follow the Returns
Procedure below.
RETURNS
Returns Procedure
We do hope you will be delighted with your order.
However, if for any reason you would like to return
your goods to us, we will be happy to provide a full
refund or exchange. As Hammond & Harper Ltd is
an English company, our return policies are
practiced in accordance with English law.
Simply return the goods to us, unused and in the
original packaging, within 30 days of delivery,
accompanied by the sales receipt.

If you are returning unwanted goods or goods for
exchange (such as a different size) you will be
responsible for the postage costs of returning the
goods and remain responsible for such goods until
we receive them (you may wish to obtain Proof of
Posting, in case of loss of your parcels by Royal
Mail). We aim to process Returns within 2 working
days of receipt of goods, and any refunds will be
completed within 30 days of the goods being
returned to us.
